Our partnership with the Global Fund for Children is to effectively generate, analyze and manage both quantitative and qualitative data or/and information. We are expected to move a step further and create a body of evidence for knowledge, practice and learning on improving girls’ outcomes, success stories, models for formal and informal education, entrepreneurship and livelihood skills. Data and information for executing the above undertaking will mainly be drawn in the areas of: access to and retention in formal and informal education programs for girls; livelihood and employment-related skills acquisition through apprenticeships (based on surveys to identify local labor force needs); entrepreneurial skills development through local cooperative groups and savings programs; psychosocial counseling and confidence building.
